We offer catechism classes for children and young people preparing to receive the sacraments for the first time. Those who attend Catholic primary schools will normally be prepared in school. If you are an adult who has not yet received these sacraments, please contact us and one of the Fathers will be happy to guide you through the process.

First Confession
& First Holy Communion

Preparation for First Confession and First Holy Communion normally takes place around the age of 7. Classes begin each September and run until June. First Confession normally takes place around the beginning of Lent and the First Communion Mass is usually on 21 June, the feast of St Aloysius Gonzaga. Forms are available each summer for parents to enrol their child in the class for the coming year.

Confirmation
