The view of the Lady chapel on the left shows the statue of Our Lady before the restoration undertaken in 1998: the photograph on the right is of the statue after restoration. The altar was kindly donated to us by St Benet's Hall, Ampleforth Abbey's Oxford house of studies, and was formerly in the chapel there.

Immediately to the left of the Lady Chapel is the Sanctuary of the church.
